Our commitment to personalized statement-of-purpose and CV editing, plus interview preparation, comes from Dr. Nalliah’s (the Executive Director of Synergydentist.org) own experience arriving in the U.S. 20 years ago, feeling powerless and unsure where to turn. One person took the time to answer his email, share clear information, and help him find a path forward—and it changed what was possible for Dr. Nalliah. Synergy Career Coaching and Consulting is built on the idea of individualized guidance that meets you where you are and helps you present your story, strengths, and goals with clarity and confidence.

Over 14 Synergy cohorts and conversations with thousands of foreign-trained dentists, we learned that most participants make strong progress through our free Synergy Webinar, but about 20% still need deeper, more sustained support. That’s why we added enhanced services: detailed online learning (Synergy Virtual Internship) and one-on-one consulting. Together, these offerings provide tailored support so you can communicate your value effectively—and, one day, extend the same opportunity to others.

The Synergy CV and Personal Statement (Statement of Purpose) Coaching: $500. This includes expert review of CV’s and Personal Statements (PS) over a Zoom call. The participant has a few days to edit their CV’s and PS’s and then receives additional feedback (fine-tuning) over a zoom call. Then the expert will conduct a mock interview and provide feedback. Therefore, the $500 covers three Zoom calls, two expert reviews of your CV and PS, and one mock interview with feedback.
